 Wife of former Lagos state Governor Bola Tinubu, has been ordained as an Assistant Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. Senator Remi Tinubu who was ordained during the 66th Annual Convention of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has been an active member of the Church for years, and was also a worker before her ordination. The ordination which was witnessed by the former Governor of Lagos state saw over Three Thousand Members also getting ordained by Pastor E.A Adeboye; the general overseer of RCCG.
